NE SERIES BUCKET ELEVATOR

NE series chain elevator is a kind of advanced vertical lifting equipment in domestic, which has been widely used to lifting all kinds of material, such as: ore, coal, cement, cement clinker, grain, chemical fertilizer, etc. NE series chain bucket elevator mainly composed of operating parts, driving device, the upper device, central casing, the lower unit.

    The performance and characteristics of NE series chain elevator:

  • Big lifting capacity: take flow-through feeding type, strategy induction discharge type, and conveying by intensive decorate large capacity hopper, with low chain speed, big lifting capacity range of 15-800 m3 / h.

TDG SERIES BUCKET ELEVATOR

TGD type belt bucket elevator is a new generation advanced elevator globally. PNEUMATIC FEEDING

Pneumatic conveying of powder materials can be divided into high pressure conveying, medium pressure conveying and low pressure conveying.

Low pressure pneumatic conveying contain air chute conveying and pipeline negative pressure conveying. The required air pressure is less than 6KPa, generally using roots blower and centrifugal fan as driving power. Pipeline pneumatic conveying can divide into sub-dense-phase pneumatic conveying and dilute-phase pneumatic conveying sorted by gas-to-material ratio (kg/m3).

AIR CHUTE

Air chute is a kind of pneumatic conveying equipment which is widely used for conveying dry powder materials, and commonly used for conveying cement and raw powder in the cement industry.

Air chute is made of several steel chute which is bolted assemble with other accessories, and there are gas-permeable layer between upper and lower shell of air chute. Generally, air chute is composed of feeding section, standard section, non-standard, shutoff valve, curved groove, t slot, cover, discharge slider, air supply device and support structure.

    Advantages of SRON Air Chute:

  • Can realize multi-point feeding and multi-point discharge

  • Gas-permeable layer adopts PET5 ~ 6 (polyester) synthetic fabrics, which is a new type of air layer, it own the advantages of high temperature resistance (150℃), corrosion wear resistance, low hygroscopicity, light weight, flat surface and long service life, etc.

Conveying material: dry powder material with water content ≤1%, the temperature ≤ 150 ℃.
Angle: 4 °, 6 °, 8 °, 10 ° and 12 °
( For different materials, the angle should be different. For same kind of material, we should choose a larger Angle when the water content is large. Generally, large dip Angle is good for the conveying if layout conditions allowed.)
