SRON train fast quantitative loading system is mainly composed of large steel structure tower, loading machinery and equipment, weighing system, hydraulic system, electronic control system, computer control system, etc., to realize the operation control, protection, monitoring, and display of all equipment in the whole process of train loading.

1、Hydraulic Control System

SRON hydraulic control system follows the principle of energy-saving, fast response, high reliability, smooth operation. The main pump, valve, cylinder are adopted the international famous products, such as Italy ATOS, UAS Parker, USA Vickers.

2、Automatic Lubricating System

SRON train loading system adopts an automatic pressure lubrication system, the centralized lubrication pump station lubricates all the key rotating parts according to the program-setting, to ensure the lubrication effect of the equipment. It improves the service life of heavy-load supporting roller and loading chute rolling bearing, so the system can work stably and reduce manpower maintenance.

3、Intelligent Dust Suppressant Spraying System

Intelligent dust suppressant spraying system includes liquid system and spraying system, it can realize automatic lifting and spraying. The system can be automatic recording, printing, automatic detection of viscosity. The bicycle measurement is equipped with anti-collision, power off automatic lifting, and a safety positioning protection device. It is equipped with a parking space identification detection mechanism to ensure the safe passage of the locomotive. The spraying device is provided with a leakage prevention device between two couplings to prevent leakage from polluting couplings and the outer side of the train. Dust suppressant spraying system is not affected by temperature, frost and thaw resistance, wind erosion resistance.

4、Intelligent Train Leveling and Compacting Device

The intelligent leveling and compacting device adopts a steel structure design. The compaction device mainly includes the primary and final compaction rollers which are lifted by an electric hoist and equipped with a safe self-locking device to ensure that the roller does not fall when the power is cut off or the lifting device fails. The primary roller and the final roller are controlled separately to meet different compaction requirements. Each train takes less than one hour from three to four hours in the past, which greatly reduces the economic cost.
