Full-cone gravity discharge

Taking use of the large angle and height of the cone to make the material flow out naturally by gravity.

Advantages: the material flows out smoothly, and there is almost no residuum in the silo; no auxiliary discharge equipment is needed, the process is simple and easy to operate; the construction period of the full steel structure silo has a short construction time.

Half-cone gravity discharge

The large-diameter silo can adopt a half-cone gravity discharge method to balance the discharge effect and construction cost.

Advantages: the material flows out smoothly, and there is almost no residuum in the silo; no auxiliary discharge equipment is needed; the silo base pad is lower than the full-cone silo.

The vibrating discharge system vibrates the cone through the vibration motor so that the material is separated from the cone. Speeding the material flow. The material will be discharged smoothly under gravity.

Application

Widely used in coal mine, cement, chemical, plastic, water treatment, food, feed, glass, steel and other industries of powder or granular products discharge.

The gasification device is an auxiliary part of the storage silo, buffering silo, ash hopper, flat bottom silo and hopper bottom silo. It is usually installed at the bottom of the material silo and the side of the ash hopper. When discharging, the heated compressed air will make the fluidization of the material, so as to make the discharging smoothly and avoid arching. It is generally composed of a SiC gasification plate, box shell, and connecting flange.

Multi-channels discharge for powder material

There are multiple discharge channels with discharge holes and conveying equipment at the bottom of the steel silo.

The silo bottom backfill type and whether to choose an auxiliary air source is depending on the stored material's different features.

Each discharge hole is an independent discharge unit. By controlling the valve connected with the conveying equipment, each discharge hole can be controlled manually, or realize the whole system fully automated.

Multi-channels discharge for pellet materials

The materials in the flat-bottom steel silo naturally accumulate at a repose angle.

There are multiple discharge routes with discharge holes and conveying equipment at the bottom of the steel silo. Each discharge hole is an independent discharge unit.

By controlling the valve connected with the conveying equipment, each discharge hole can be controlled manually, or realize the whole system fully automated.

In order to ensure smooth discharging and material homogenization, a gasification device is arranged at the bottom of the steel silo.

The steel silo adopts a roots blower for air supply. The inside bottom of the silo is conical and inclined to the central chamber.

The bottom of the silo is divided into 6 ~ 14 aeration areas, which are covered with aeration boxes.

During discharging, the aeration boxes are opened symmetrically, in turn, to make the materials fluidized and flow to the discharging cone.

Then the material in the cone is aerated and stirred to become active, which has good fluidity and can be smoothly transported into the distributing box of the unloading device.
